NEW Personal Defense and Self-Defense Laws: Develop the skills necessary to gain confidence and be effective against a variety of different threats. Each session will provide opportunities to both discuss and enact common scenarios. Fee: $99. Location: Technology Career Institute. Time: Tuesdays, 9/27–10/25, 5–9 p.m.
