Is our water safe in Encinitas? Lou Lollio is concerned about dangerous Fluoride in our water supply.

It appears we are adding Fluoride to our water supply in Encinitas, some areas of Rancho Santa Fe, 4S Ranch, La Costa (Carlsbad), and Fairbanks Ranch. Several countries have banned the use of Fluoride in water. Why is that? It appears that Fluoride could be harmful to your health. What is your opinion about Fluoride in our water?
