Paper Shredding, E-Waste and Thrift Store Donation Drop Off Event

Summer Cleaning? Get rid of

unused items all in one place. A document shredding, free electronic recycling

and thrift store drop off event will be held this Saturday! North Coast Calvary

Chapel & Tending Eden, I Love A Green California and Community Resource

Center have partnered together to provide this valuable service to the

community. A portion of the proceeds to benefit the Faith Fire Collaborative

(FFC) Fire Fund.



Onsite paper shredding will

be provided at the event from 10AM -2PM. There is a $5.00 fee per box. Computer

hard destruction also available for $10 if out of the computer and $20 to

remove and destroy from computer. 



Electronic recycling drop off

is free to everyone and anything that plugs in or runs on batteries –working

and non-working –will be accepted (large appliances, light bulbs, alkaline

batteries and smoke detectors not accepted).



Donations of new or gently

used clothing, household items, shoes, furniture and more will also be accepted

for Community Resource Center (CRC) Thrift Stores. Revenues generated from CRC

Thrift Stores help to support CRC’s comprehensive social services and domestic

violence programs to over 11,000 annually.
