83.9% of homebuyers plan major improvements!! The top 5 are: 55%-landscape renovations, 37% floor coverings,34%- bath or kitchen remodel, 30%-deck or porch addition, and 26% new windows and doors. If you provide these services, you need to be contacting me to see about finding these new homeowners! As far as major essentials go, 82% plan a major appliance/electronic purchase, 67% plan to purchase furniture,56% will invest in window treatments, 33% will buy a mattress or bed, and finally 18% will buy a car. Our final catagory is Professionals -who will these new families need to establish themselves with? 73% say a dentist is first on their list. Followed by : Physician -67%, Veterinarian-(of those with pets) 58%, Pediatrician-(of those with children) 48%, and last but not least, Ob-Gyn-43%. These families are looking for you! How will they find you? A personalized Gift Book sent to their new house with an offer from you will certainly make them want to visit your practice.
