Phoebe is pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. She’s a 4 ½ year old, 7 ½ pound, female, Domestic Short Hair cat with a white and black coat.
Phoebe’s favorite activities include taking naps in a cozy bed or enjoying a meal. In fact, we wouldn’t be surprised if she could learn a few tricks…she is VERY food motivated Phoebe was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society from another shelter through the FOCAS (Friends of County Animal Shelters) program.
