Come and find balance in your mind and on your mat at San Elijo Lagoon. Join our 90-minute Vinyasa flow yoga experience, trailside with James Petracca. At an early age, James discovered the benefits of yoga and reflected, "I was immediately impressed by the calming affect the practice had over how I felt internally and how it changed my perspective on my external environment."
