San Diego Co. Commission on Status of Women & Girls Held 2nd Annual Symposium on Domestic Violence, Homelessness

Commission aims to have a positive impact by reducing the number of overall victims and to encourage more people to stay involved.

The second annual symposium held in San Diego on May 6 highlighted the expanding network and legislative progress that is taking place on behalf of San Diego County’s women and girls. The discussion focused on actions taken by individuals and organizations to prevent Domestic Violence, Homelessness and Human Trafficking.

The Commission aims to have a positive impact by reducing the number of overall victims and to encourage more people to stay involved and educated about the issues.
