San Dieguito Academy is a CIF Division II school and a member of the Coastal Conference. This is recognized as one of the strongest DII conferences for girls’ soccer in the state of California. Many of the players in this high school conference are also members of elite soccer clubs that compete at a national level. The NCAA college ranks for women’s soccer currently include numerous alumni from the Coastal Conference.
In 2014-15 the SDA Lady Mustangs are expected to be highly competitive against a tough field of opponents. This will be the first full season of SDA home games being played at the new state-of-the-art athletic stadium. The team plans to make a strong run for the CIF playoffs.
