September Market Round Up: 125 Homes for Sale in Encinitas

Detached homes in North County declined 0.87 percent in September 2013 to $570,000 

compared to $575,000 in August 2013. Year-over median price for SFD in North San Diego 

County jumped 18.75 percent, compared to $480,000 in September 2012, making 14 straight 

months of year-over median price increases.

Encinitas - Currently has 125 single family detached homes active on the market, with seven of those homes under $700,000. Encinitas saw 35 homes sell in August with an average sales price of $1,149,154. The average market time was 53 days.
