8:45-10:00am – Bhakti Flow asana practice with Tom Kelly
This class combines Bhakti yoga – mindful devotion, open-heartedness and gratitude with Hatha yoga – union of body, breath and movement. Suitable for all levels
11:00-12:00pm – Soul Talk
Each week different presenters and musicians share their inspiration on relevant topics. This community gathering is filled with inspiration, meditation, laughter, song, celebration and ceremony.

Especially designed for the children, Soul Kids inspires harmony, self-awareness, respect for the earth and each other through yoga, creative play and art
