Surf Report & Forecast for August 19-20

Incoming tide all morning; waist high sets with rare bigger peaks.

Conditions are mostly clean and form is fair with mostly knee to waist high waves. Length of ride is also fair as sections aren't connecting all the way in to the beach. 

Wind is negligible at less than 5 knots. By afternoon, there'll be a slight chop to surface texture. New SW fills in today and maybe by afternoon, we'll see more consistent 3-foot sets. 

Water temp is holding steady at 66.

High tide peaks 1:00 p.m. at 4.7 feet; low tide: 8:00 p.m. at just under 2 feet.

For tomorrow, Saturday the 20th, new south fills in and we should see plenty of at least fun waist high waves and potentially at least belly to chest high sets. First high tide: 6:30 a.m. at 2.3 feet.
