Even with an outgoing tide at mid-tide level, conditions are pretty weak, call it 1-2 feet with the occasional 3-footer. 

Short, sectiony lines are the norm. Standout beach breaks might have a little more juice than reefs. 

Wind is calm right now and not expected to blow significantly hard today.

Water temp is 61-62. 

Low tide is 11:45 a.m. at 1.4 feet followed by a 6-foot tide at 6:30 p.m. 

Sunset: 7:59 p.m.

For tomorrow, Sunday the 12th, a moderate new SW fills in. Call it 2-3 feet for now, possibly 4-feet on rare sets. High tide will be at 8 a.m. at 3.6 feet.
