Surf Report & Forecast for June 24-25
SW mixes with a splash of NW, making it slightly better than yesterday.

The SW dominant swell energy today has mixed with a NW blip (unusual for this time of year) to produce knee- to waist-high conditions with occasional waves coming in at chest high. Every 20 minutes or so, there might be a rogue head-high pulse at top spots.
Early morning sessions coincided with an outgoing tide that bottoms out at 10:15 a.m. at just under 2 feet. High tide is at 5:20 p.m. at just under 5 feet.
Water temperature is 63 degrees.

For tomorrow, June 25, a long-period new SW swell packing head-high sets is supposed to grace local beaches. The question, as always with these summertime SW swells for Encinitas beaches, is how well it will hit. Will this be another overhyped south swell or will we see a solid overhead swell with trunkable water temp?
We'll have to wait and see.
Early morning tide report: 6:45 a.m. will be high at 2.9 feet.
