Encinitas Surf Report & Forecast: Nov. 15-16

Conditions are calm and clear this morning but waves are only checking in at ankle to knee high. Once again, high tide coincides with morning sessions. Today, it will peak at 10:30 a.m. at well over 5 feet. 

There's barely any SW pulses left and what we're left with is very weak NW lines that are broken up. 

NW wind will pick up by early afternoon to at least 10 knots making conditions not only small but a little choppy as well. 

Low tide doesn't occur until 6:15 p.m. at 0.5 feet. 

Water temp has remained the same: 59-60.

Surf forecast for tomorrow, Wednesday the 16th: same as today with knee-high waves and moderate NW afternoon winds.
