Encinitas Surf Report & Forecast: Nov. 17-18

The fog is way too thick to give an accurate surf report, but judging by the sound of waves breaking, or lack thereof, there's little to no surf this morning. 

High tide comes in throughout the morning, further negating any potential decent breaking energy. 

Expect flat to one-foot surf with a rare stellar 2-foot wave. Most lines aren't linking up and are short lived. So overall, not looking like a great day for surf. 

Water temp is about 58. 

High tide is at 12:30 p.m. at 4.5 feet; low tide is at 8:15 at just under 1 foot. 

Sunset tonight: 4:46 p.m. 

For tomorrow, Friday the 18th, small surf sticks around. Expect once again waves to be knee to waist-high at most.
