Surf Report & Forecast for Nov. 25-26

Chest- to head-high surf will be commonplace later today, but with a New Moon super high tide exceeding 7 feet, you’ll have to wait a few hours until the tide drains. 

Tide is going out after peaking high at 8:00 a.m. At 3:15 p.m., good tide pooling conditions will occur, with a low at (negative) -1.5 feet. 

So sometime around noon, check back and there should be way more energy behind the 3-5 foot faces. 

Water temp is 59-60. 

Local breaks may well be vastly different, with some breaks being more consistent. NW groundswell and NW windswell may produce some overhead surf at the best beach breaks. 

Winds should stay light enough to retain glassy conditions for at least most of the morning. 

Due to recent rains, avoid surfing outlets, if your immune system is compromised. 

For tomorrow, Saturday the 26th, playful surf in the 3-4 foot range should stick around.
