Surf Report & Forecast for Oct. 29-30

A repeat of the last couple days: clean, small and fun on the lower tides.

Another sunny, warm day with super high tides ruining morning sessions. Weak S-SW pulses with a dribble of NW energy produces ankle- to occasional waist-high sets.

More productive sessions will occur after noon.

Peak high tide is at 11:00 a.m. at over 6.5 feet; low tide bottoms out at 6:15 p.m. at (negative) -1 foot.

Winds are calm right now and will pick up only slightly from the NW but should remain at under 10 knots.

Water temp is 60. Sunset tonight: 6:00 p.m. Enjoy the last weekend before daylight saving time ends.

For tomorrow, Sunday the 30th, don't expect much change: knee- to thigh-high waves will be the norm. Things will probably start picking up a bit more mid-week.
