Surf Report & Forecast for September 22-23

Below waist high in the a.m.; possibly a bit bigger than waist-high in the p.m.

Small crowds and some occasional ridable surf is showing this morning. Waist-high mid 60-degree water temp with a modest NW swell predicted to pick up gradually this afternoon.

Winds pick up by late morning and will remain in the 10-12 m.p.h. range. The forecast called for light winds all day but well before late morning and aleady they're picking up to at least 10 knots. Water visibility is still a bit murky from red tide.

Take your Vitamin D supplements as it looks like another all-day overcast gloom. Enjoy this last official day of summer. Fret not! Sunny skies and NW swells await!
