Suspects Wanted in Encinitas Thefts

Do you know these men? They are suspected of stealing credit cards and identity theft.

ENCINITAS, CA – San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the North Coastal Sheriff’s Station are seeking the public's help in identifying two men suspected of stealing credit cards and identity theft.

An unknown suspect or suspects broke into a locker Dec. 12 at the L.A. Fitness on 201 S. El Camino Real in Encinitas, stealing a wallet that contained various credit cards. The incident took place between noon and 1:30 p.m.

The credit cards were used fraudulently at about 1:50 p.m. at the Target store at 1010 N. El Camino Real.

Both suspects are described as African-American males.

One suspect is said to have a medium build and short hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

The second suspect is said to have a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black baseball cap with white print on the front, blue jeans with doughnuts printed on them and blue shoes.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to an arrest in this case.
