Cherryl Alan, owner of The Cherryl Alan Design Group (aka Cherryl Alan Designs), is a decorator who sells furniture and accessories.
I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional. Countless unreturned phone calls, not showing up for scheduled meetings and not even returning calls after not showing up. Her staff is just as unprofessional. Paying for items I never received. Selling me 'new' items that were damaged - 'brand new' end tables completely scratched on sides, a lamp - cracked and glued back together, a scratched up coffee table.
After they do their 'installation', they claim they will be there for you after the fact. That was not the case. Also, her handyman built a wooden deck for me on my balcony. Apparently he used indoor stain and now the deck has to be sanded and completely refinished. He proceeded to refinish my hardwood floors and only did half the room and then never came back to complete the project.
I would never recommend Cherryl Alan or her company. Her company is a joke. Unless you are a celebrity, (she touts all the celebrities that she has worked with) don't expect quality service or professionalism. Buyer beware.
