For 35 years, the Foster Children's Resource Center (FCRC) has helped youth in foster care, from newborn to age 21, across the San Fernando and Santa Clarita valleys. In FY2025 alone, the Center's volunteers served 1,800 young people, giving each a personal-shopper visit for brand-new clothes, shoes, a book, and a special gift of their very own.
