Tapping the Inner Palette #1: Cleaning Your Side of the Street and Meeting Your Higher Self

October 12, 2014
Through guided meditation, breath work, interactive exercises, role-playing and group sharing, participants will determine stray ends and unresolved issues in their lives that need to be cleaned up. They will then create a plan to tackle them. Participants will also be led through a series of visualization exercises to explore the archetypes they employ in their daily lives as well as meet their higher selves. This will provide keen insight on how to move forward in the world, utilizing the day’s revelations to ignite individual power and potential. REGISTER HERE

Tapping the Inner Palette #2: Mining Your Wounds Through Memoir
November 9, 2014

Through creative writing and artwork exercises, participants will look at, embrace, process and understand their deepest wounds in a way that honors their experience and reveals lessons that can be learned. REGISTER HERE

Tapping the Inner Palette #3: The Future of You and A Blueprint for Balance
December 7, 2014

Through this powerful role-playing, interactive art and drama based workshop participants will visualize themselves twenty years into the future to ascertain what is missing from their lives. Then after a short presentation on the “pie chart balance theory,” participants will create their own individual pie charts to determine which areas of their lives need attention followed by a personal contract to put into action going forward. ABOUT KIMBERLY NICHOLS

Kimberly Nichols is a Los Angeles-based conceptual, relational and performance artist, writer, creativity coach and healing arts facilitator. Her first book of literary short fiction Mad Anatomy was called a “brilliant piece of psychological analysis of the human being while motivated by the human heart” by noted psychologist and Cinemashrink Dr. Jane Alexander Stewart. She has been published and exhibited internationally for the past two decades with a special emphasis on the inherent human connection we all share and the effects of our psychological, spiritual, social and energetic make up on contemporary existence.

Each workshop will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Encino office located at 16055 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 1222, Encino, CA 91436. Participants will be given parking validation stickers. Cost is $75 per person, which includes lunch. Workshops are limited to a maximum of ten participants and space will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
