A 26-year-old man from Los Angeles, a Southern California Edison power line worker, was killed Wednesday night.

Southern California Edison was trying to determine today how one of its line workers was electrocuted in Paramount.
The electrocution occurred about 5:20 p.m. Wednesday, at 15515 California Ave., said Lt. Eric Lindblom of the sheriff’s Lakewood Station. Sheriff’s homicide detectives were investigating the death, he said. Jeffrey Moon, 26, of Los Angeles died at the scene, said coroner’s Assistant Chief Ed Winter.
