Encino Resident ID'd as Man who Took Fatal Walk on 101 Freeway
The victim was struck by at least four vehicles.

The Los Angeles County coroner's office today identified the pedestrian who was fatally struck by several vehicles on the eastbound Ventura (101) Freeway in Tarzana.
The pedestrian was identified as Encino resident Matthew Allen Hayes, 33, coroner's Chief Ed Winter said.

California Highway Patrol Officer Alex Rubio said there were multiple reports of a pedestrian walking in lanes and on the right shoulder of the freeway before he was about 1:05 a.m. Wednesday near White Oak Avenue.
The victim was struck by at least four vehicles, Rubio said.
