Join us as Chef Giuseppe Dossi of Cafe Carolina dazzles us once again with his culinary mastery! He will be teaching three dishes this time: An appetizer ~ Crocchette di Riso (rice croquettes); An entree ~ Pollo in Squazet (casserole); and Dessert~ Strudel di Miele alla B...olzanese (Apple Strudel from Bolzano).
The cost to attend this event is a donation of $10 per person, all of which will benefit our Whole Planet Foundation, aimed at helping to lift millions of people in developing countries out of poverty by providing micro-loans to start small businesses and support their families.
