Supported Birth 4-Week Series
This 4-week childbirth education series helps couples to make conscious decisions about bringing their new baby into this world through information about the birth process, conversations about hopes & fears, and hands-on practice with breathing & pain coping techniques. This series is wonderful for first-time parents!
$250 per couple - Tuesdays 7-10pm: July 10th-31st, August 7th-28th, September 4th-25th, October 2nd-23rd

Prepared Childbirth One-Day Intensive
For expectant parents who can't make the 4-week series or second time parents who want to review, this all-day intensive birthing class covers all of the same information about the labor process, breathing & relaxation techniques, and medications & other interventions, but in a condensed format.
$225 per couple - One Sunday 9am-4pm: June 24th, August 19th, September 30th
