Fire Damages Tarzana Home

Firefighters made quick work of a blaze that damaged a home in Tarzana Wednesday morning.

TARZANA, CA — Battling flames and the rain, firefighters tackled a house fire in Tarzana wednesday morning.

The blaze broke out just after 8:30 a.m. in the 18000 block of West Calvert Street. Crews put out he flames in the single-story home in 16 minutes, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

No one was hurt in the blaze, and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
