Firefighters Douse Encino House Fire
BREAKING: Crews were able to keep a house fire confined to the kitchen of a large home in Encino.
ENCINO, CA -- A large two-story home was damaged in a fire Friday afternoon in Encino.
Firefighters quickly knocked down the blaze on the 16000 block of West Valley Meadow Place. According to the Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department, most of the damage was in the kitchen.
No one was injured in the blaze, and investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire as well as an estimate of the damage.
