Three People Seriously Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash
The incident happened in the 16600 block of Ventura Boulevard.

A collision in Encino left three people seriously injured today.
The crash in the 16600 block of Ventura Boulevard was reported about 10:10 a.m., Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department said.

Paramedics took five people to hospitals, three with serious injuries and two others with injuries described as non-life-threatening, Scott said. A sixth person treated at the scene declined to go to a hospital, Scott said.
Los Angeles police with the Valley Traffic Division were handling the investigation.
