Man And Dog Trapped By Rising Water In Sepulveda Basin Rescued
A Los Angeles Fire Department Swift Water Rescue Team was called in to save a man and his dog trapped amid rising flood water.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Firefighters rescued a man and a dog stranded about 20 feet offshore in the Sepulveda Basin Recreation area. Los Angeles Fire Department officials said the water had reached an unknown depth, leaving the man stranded with his dog in the 6100 block of Balboa Boulevard in the Lake Balboa area.
A Los Angeles Fire Department Swift Water Rescue Team was called in to help.
