Pair Faces Murder Charges in Shooting Death of Tarzana Man
The two suspects were arrested Monday. Police believe the shooting may have been a narcotics robbery.

TARZANA, CA - A man and a woman were facing possible murder charges today in the shooting death of a man in Tarzana.
The crime in the 18600 block of Hatteras Street occurred about 2:15 p.m. May 5, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Miles Rose, 26, of Tarzana died at the scene, the coroner's office reported.
On Monday, police arrested Joseph Perez-Coronel, 22, and Cindy Catalan, 25, at a motel in San Fernando, LAPD Capt. Paul Vernon said.

"Detectives believe the motive behind the shooting was a narcotics robbery," Vernon said.
Perez-Coronel and Catalan were booked on suspicion of murder, with bail set at $2 million each, Vernon said.
