Pregnant Woman Hit By Car In Tarzana

A pregnant woman sustained minor injuries when she was struck by a car while crossing the street in Tarzana Thursday night.

TARZANA, CA — A pregnant woman is recovering today after being struck by a vehicle as she was crossing the street in Tarzana.

The woman suffered only minor injuries, and was treated at the scene, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The crash, near Reseda and Victory boulevards shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday, was low-speed, said Officer Liliana Preciado of the Los Angeles Police Department's Media Relations Division.

The driver remained at the scene and a report was taken but no arrests were made, she added.
