Programmer-Russian Speaking Preferred

T3LEADS is seeking independent, outgoing and business-minded individuals to help oversee the execution of our online campaigns. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL, unique blend of Internet marketing expertise, data analysis capabilities and creative problem-solving skills.

Our programmers are responsible for managing IT projects, including development and implementation, testing and quality assurance for numerous programming and IT-related needs. The successful candidate will ensure IT initiatives adhere to corporate standards and methodologies. This employee plays an integral role in developing and leveraging the company's web-based marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Teams with various project leaders to define project objectives, scope and schedule.
• Organizes and guides project operations through the use of cutting-edge programming methodologies accepted by the industry.
• Provides coaching, mentoring and guidance to project team members.
• Works with client departments to coordinate systems testing, installation, training and support.
• Functions independently with limited supervision from senior management.
• Devise and maintain workable technical project schedules to accomplish the business objectives.
• Effectively communicates project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or computer related discipline required.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of My SQL.
• Experience and solid familiarity of PHP
• Strong skills in Object Oriented Development
• Proven ability to work with large databases.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Familiarity with Zend Framework is preferred
• Knowledge in JavaScript and AJAX techniques is preferred
