SigAlert Issued for 101 Freeway as Crash Closes Lanes on Both Sides
A crash involving a flipped vehicle forced several lane closures on both sides of the 101 Freeway Thursday in Tarzana.
TARZANA, CA -- A crash in which a vehicle flipped on the Ventura (101) Freeway, forced several lane closures on both sides of the freeway Thursday night.
A SigAlert was issued starting at 9:30 p.m. and lasting for hours as the 1,2, and 3 eastbound lanes were closed along with the 1 and 2 westbound lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol. The accident occurred at 9:28 p.m. east of Reseda Boulevard in Tarzana.
The accident backed up traffic on the 101 Freeway for miles.
