Host Dr. Debs offers heartfelt help for whatever's keeping you awake or from sweet sound slumber, e.g. love, romance, relationships, dating.

Night owls and insomniacs are welcome to listen to “Sleepless in Studio City” on Sunday mornings from 12 midnight to 1am and from 3am to 4am PST. And yes, it’s based on the infamous Tom Hanks/Meg Ryan classic film, “Sleepless in Seattle.”
