They're Calling It Valderrama's Party Pad, and It's for Sale

Actor Wilmer Valderrama, who played "Fez" in That '70s Show, has listed his Tarzana estate for $3.5 million.

Described as a "suburban party pad" by The Real Estalker blog, the property reportedly has three structures including a 5,000-square-foot, 3-bedroom main house, a 2-garage, 2- bedroom guesthouse and a 2,300-square-foot multi-purpose house with a production suite, office, conference room, game room and gym.
