A Reseda chiropractor charged with sexually assaulting a female patient is set to be arraigned tomorrow. Nosrat Ghodousi, 59, faces up to nine years in prison if convicted of one count each of sexual penetration with a foreign object and sexual battery by fraud, according to the District Attorney's Office. He allegedly fondled and sexually assaulted an unnamed patient on Dec. 20, during what was supposed to be an exam at his Van Nuys office, prosecutors said. Ghodousi, who was charged on Jan. 30 and posted $125,000 bail, is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow at the Van Nuys courthouse. --City News Service
