12th Annual Mariachi Festival

This is the ONLY professional Mariachi concert held in North County that is open to the public and it is hosted by the Route 78 Rotary Club (all volunteers).  It will be on Sunday afternoon, March 8 at the Center for the Arts in Escondido. This is the 12th year and this year they are featuring Mariachi Champaña de Nevin and Mariachi Garibaldi, both directed by Dr. Jeff Nevin.  The show will also feature singer LuMaya and the dancers from Tierra Caliente.  Tickets are available online at artcenter.org There are two types of tickets --concert-only for $25. or $50. and the VIP experience which starts at noon with a Tacos lunch, free tequila tasting, a live Tequila Auction and an Art Auction. Those tickets are $125.
