Celebrate National Pinot Noir Day at Bellamy's

Guests will enjoy a four-course tasting menu on August 18

Bellamy's, a hidden gem just two blocks from downtown Escondido, is celebrating National Pinot Noir Day by allowing guests to experience pairing delicious French dishes with some of the most opulent Pinot Noirs.

Bellamy’s is hosting a Wine Dinner to honor National Pinot Noir Day on August 18th. General manager and sommelier Ricardo Zarate Jr. has paired some of the best Pinot Noirs with four of the restaurant’s most delectable dishes. Zarate is an award-winning Sommelier who has created this unique event meant for diners to understand the complexities of tastes and explore their palates.

Each ticket is $75 per person and includes a four-course tasting menu paired with Pinot Noirs. Begin with the Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Salad followed by the Mountain Meadow Mushroom Ravioli, both of which are accompanied by Pinots from West Coast wineries. Savor the taste of the Slowly Braised Short Rib, paired with a Red Burgundy from the Givry region of France. Finish the evening with the Pistachio Pot de Crème, a French dessert custard, and the rich, full-bodied Chateau Grillon Sauternes wine.
