Crash Blocks I-15 Lanes In Escondido
All lanes reopened shortly after 8 a.m., according to Caltrans.
ESCONDIDO, CA – A crash backed up traffic on Interstate 15 in North County Monday morning.
Two lanes were blocked on northbound I-15, north of Via Rancho Parkway in Escondido, according to Caltrans. A northbound Express Lane was also closed in the area.
All lanes reopened shortly after 8 a.m., according to Caltrans.

Update: One lane on the NB I-15 Express Lanes at Via Rancho Pkwy is also closed.
