Employee Embezzles $500K from Escondido Business: Police
A Temecula woman is facing multiple felony charges.

ESCONDIDO, CA -- Police detectives have arrested Sheila Jo Jackson, a 46 year old resident of Temecula, on multiple felony charges related to funds she embezzled from her employer, asphalt paving and patio construction company Betz Concrete.
Police say it's believed that over a span of several years Jackson embezzled over $500,000 from her employer before the employer discovered suspicious account activity and notified Escondido Police.
Escondido Police detectives worked with the employer and during the investigation were able to link Jackson to the theft.

Jackson was arrested at her residence in Temecula and booked into the Vista Detention Facility on multiple felony charges including: embezzlement by employee; forgery; grand theft and identity theft.
She is currently being held on a $1.1 million dollar bail.
