SDG&amp;E reported on its outage map that 1,117 customers have no power in Escondido, Rancho Bernardo and surrounding communities. The outage started at 11:54 a.m. SDG&amp;E is assessing the outage to determine the cause. Power is expected to be restored by 2:30 p.m. No other information was immediately available.
