Macarena is Pet of The Week at Your Rancho Coastal Humane Society

She dances and sings.

Macarena is pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. She’s a 2 year old, 8 pound, female, Domestic Short Hair cat with a Torbie coat. That’s Tortoiseshell and Tabby.

Macarena gets her name from the fact that she appears to be dancing in her enclosure. She’s very active. Of course, when she dances, sometimes she breaks into song. The care providers think it’s her version of karaoke. This is an extremely talented cat! When she’s not dancing and singing, Macarena likes spending time playing with her cat toys or exploring her surroundings. She’s independent, but not afraid to ask for attention.

Macarena was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society from another shelter through the FOCAS program.
