Missing Escondido Man Found Safe
Carlos Gomez Baca, 50, was considered at risk, police said. He has a number of physical ailments and is missing his left eye.

ESCONDIDO, CA – Authorities are seeking the public's help in finding a missing man from Escondido. Carlos Gomez Baca, 50, is considered at risk, police said.
Baca was discovered missing from his home on East Washington Avenue around 5 a.m. Tuesday.

Baca has a number of physical ailments and is missing his left eye. He needs medication and may become disoriented without it, according to police.
Baca was last seen wearing an unknown colored shirt, sweatpants and a brown sombrero-type hat. He has lost most of his hair due to medical treatment.

Baca primarily speaks Spanish. He does not have a car and usually travels on foot or uses public transportation, police said.
