ESCONDIDO, CA – Two Escondido schools were on lockdown Thursday due to police activity in the area.
According to a 10 News report, police tried to stop a vehicle shortly before 2 p.m. on the 1600 block of East Washington, when four people ran from the car, prompting the lockdowns.
