Vegetation Fire Sparks In San Diego's North County
The blaze broke out near the 8200 block of Rainbow Heights Road in the community of Rainbow.

RAINBOW, CA – Firefighters have halted the spread of a vegetation fire Wednesday in northern San Diego County.
The blaze broke out near the 8200 block of Rainbow Heights Road in the community of Rainbow. Crews from Cal Fire and North County Fire Protection District responded to the scene.
The fire burned about three acres before crews stopped the forward rate of spread, officials said. No structural damage or injuries were reported.
