UPDATE: At-Risk Missing Carmichael Man Returns Home

Man, 85, went missing Saturday night by Walnut Avenue, officials said.

UPDATE: The Sacramento Sheriff's Department reported Monday morning that the 85-year-old "at-risk" Carmichael man who went missing over the weekend returned home and is safe. 

Previous Story: The Sacramento Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in locating an 85-year-old Carmichael man who left his care facility Saturday evening. Ocie Taylor, who is considered at-risk due to his diminished mental capacity, was last seen on the 3500 block of Walnut Avenue between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m., according to a news release from the department.

Taylor is white, has gray/white hair and blue eyes, is 5'6" and 120 pounds and was last seen wearing a cream-colored pea coat and blue jeans. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Taylor is asked to contact the Sheriff's Department at (916) 874-5115.
