Bella Vista Changes Registration Process

Bella Vista High School students no longer have to wait in line for class schedules.

has modified its registration process for the upcoming school year, according to a San Juan Unified School District news release.

While the school formerly had a schedule pick up day during the summer, schedules are now going to be disbursed to students on the first day of school, August 22, and can be viewed on Zangle, the school’s online student information system, starting Monday.

“They’re really just trying to make it more of a streamlined process,” said district spokesperson Trent Allen. “There will less standing in line this way.”

The school has also altered its schedule changing process – making “Schedule Query” forms available online. According to the news release, this change was made in order to reduce the need for "one-on-one" meetings with counselors.

Bella Vista encourages students and parents to check Zangle often to make sure any requested changes are made. If families do not have access to the Internet, the school will have computers available to parents and students starting Monday.
