Just recently, this salon has sent 22 hair dressers to train in Los Angeles. This type of education is common at Hoshall's, who in the past has sent their staff to study in places such as London, Paris and several locations throughout the United States.

Currrently the salon is staffed by a total of 45 employees. The staff is comprised of hair dressers, licensed massage therapists, aestheticians, make-up specialists, nail technicians and an entirely separate group to serve customers at the front desk. The goal of the staff is to provide legendary customer service.

"We treat our clients like kings and queens," said Susan Ozza, the salon's manager.

A feature most unique to Hoshall's is the "Ashiatsu" massage, an offer that employees said can't be found anywhere else in Carmichael. This type of massage features the therapist standing on the back of the client with the support of the poles on the ceiling. 

In addition to the ashiatsu, Horshall's also offers their exclusive "Vichy Rain Dance", where the client lies under seven different shower heads while being massaged.

Ever heard of the hot stone treatment? Well at Hoshall's, they offer the Hot Seashell Treatment. According to the salon, the seashell is supposed to be better for the skin and is one of the most popular salon services.
