e-Waste Recycling Event to be Held at Mira Loma Saturday
Are spiders hiding in your 1999 computer? Does your toaster toast one side? When you open your closet, do you see zip drives, 1.3 megapixel cameras and a 20 pound laptop? We have a solution!

Mira Loma's Recycling Club is holding an e-Waste Fundraiser, and it is absolutely free to the public! In partnership with the CAER, we will be accepting items such as monitors, televisions, computers, speakers, keyboards, mice, printers, copiers, scanners and faxes, small household appliances such as toasters, mixers and blenders, as well as vacuum cleaners with the dust bag removed.
For your safety, all hard drives will be completely shredded. CAER has taken Basel Action Network's pledge for responsible e-stewardship.
We cannot accept large household applicances, such as washers and dryers, nor can we take hazardous materials such as florescent bulbs, tires or batteries.

Why not take advantage of this beautiful spring weather and clean out those garages, those closets, the back of those kitchen cabinets and help Mira Loma out! The recycling club pays for field trips for the students throughout the year, so its a worthy cause.
Drop off your items Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 pm at Mira Loma High School, 4000 Edison Avenue, next to the softball field in the staff parking lot.
